When I set out to desing this program, I made sure to test it with as many different people as possible: from elite athletes,to my very fit personal trainig friends, to normally fit people, to those who haven’t done a pushup in years, young people including my own children and the elderly .
From the people who I have trained with this method the athletes had increased their ability to move. Normally fit people had become more trim and strong. The Personal trainers increased their fittnes and strength, the young people felt and looked better than they did before and the elderly have new energy and vitality.

André O Ferguson est un nouveau résident Guadeloupéen, d’origine jamaïcaine, avec une expérience approfondi dans le sport et le fitness.
Aujourd’hui marié à une Guadeloupéenne, André est, depuis sa première visite en Guadeloupe, amoureux de l’archipel, son paysage, sa culture et ses habitants.
À travers ce projet, André souhaite encourager la Guadeloupe à bouger, pour un mode de vie sain et dynamique.
Fort de plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du fitness, André est un coach personnel haut-de-game depuis plus de 15 ans.
André a aussi été, pendant 10 ans, manager de différents clubs Fitness First à Londres; puis 2 ans Divisional Manager, en charge de six clubs Fitness First à Londres.
André détient un niveau 1 de coach de football dans la London Football Association; qui lui a attribué un Award de l’inclusion, pour son travail avec la communauté des sourds et malentendants (Inclusion Partner of the Year 2014).
André a aussi été coach de l’inclusion pour les enfants sourds et malentendants, en partenariats avec plusieurs écoles primaires; et a aussi fondé l’organisation Meaka Bears, en soutien aux enfants sourds et malentendants, et leurs familles.
